“We bought our daughters earring a few months back when the store was almost closing for the day and the way myself and my wife was treated was so kind. Went back today to buy a wristwatch for my birthday and I could not believe how professional and nice the manager and the rest of the staff were. We were offered to sit at a chair that clearly stated “reserved for customers testing diamonds”. I was reluctant to first sit down because we weren’t sure we heard the manger well. But when he returned to the store front and saw us still standing, he repeated himself and walked us to the chairs himself. Our purchase was smooth and well attended to. If I ever want to buy any products they are selling, I will definitely go back to the store. Loved how they are also inclusive with their staffing. Very well trained and kind staff. I wish them all the beautiful things of life.”

“I was at the George Yard shopping centre house this afternoon, window shopping and then found myself in the store. I was meet by two very professionally and coordinated ladies, who I spoke to about what I needed. And even though I don't have plans to actually buy right away, I was "customer'ised" my word, by the ladies, especially Suzzane W and I got myself a beautiful Casio Edifice 😊. “I phoned to reserve a Citizen Eco Drive watch at the Wolverhampton branch of F.Hinds as the local branch did not have the specific model I wanted. On arriving I was greeted by a member of staff; who showed me the watch, allowed me to try it on and it was perfect. The watch bracelet was adjusted to my wrist size free of charge. All the staff at the Wolverhampton branch especially Royson were friendly, helpful and did not pressure in any way. Excellent branch and staff would make the effort to come and visit again for all future purchases.”
