“OK products but be careful when canceling subscriptions. They say that they have removed your details and will not use your info again, but then they send you requests to complete Reviews, showing they have not removed your personal data as requested, in direct contravention with GDPR rules. Over a month since they said they had cancelled the account.”

“Expensive & quality isn’t the best on the razors. They ping off the shaver when shaving legs & for the price, I just expected better quality blades. The dermaplan is completely different and amazing quality, but not a fan of the razors and all the add on’s make an expensive subscription. Would be better to buy a disposable razor from Boots.”

“Received a targeted ad for a trial, trial never arrived no communication despite responding to WhatsApp from the company. Charged for a subscription it's no notice. Can't recommend at all.”

“Got a trial which I paid shipping for. Took so long to sort out cancelling subscription that it went over the trial period and I have now been charged 9.95 which I didn’t want. Many emails back and forth trying to get me to stay a customer which I always promptly replied to. Finally got an email saying yes we’ve cancelled the day after the money came from my account. Feels like a scam. Really not happy.”

Hi Caron, Sorry for the delay in cancelling your subscription. We are experiencing a higher number of emails at the moment however we do have faster ways of reaching us such as live chat and/or WhatsApp. Hope this helps.

“I ordered the slighty imperfect razor trial kit, price 0.95p order number 3049249, Then I have £9.95 took from my paypal subscription fee? I have contacted FFS they have asked me to return the item which will cost me more money for postage. This has been very misleading. I thought i was getting a bargain but this has cost me more money in the long run which I dont have, I will never use this company again.”

“Blunt and disappointing. This razor gave me a shave that was not as smooth as my usual razors and left me with ingrowing hairs. I tried two blades to see if it was one faulty head but the second was worse. I will be cancelling my subscription.”

“Really disappointed - rubbish razor, feels like a really cheap one & gave me a rash on my legs. The blade kept falling off the handle. The only good thing was being able to personalise it!”
