“I made a first time ppurchase and it is not what I thought it would be. I have been sending emails to Eucalytos since 3/11/1015 - one.a day - and today is 2/19/25 asking for return information - as this is what it says you must do to start a return. I have NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. IN ADDITION, I have called Easy Sunday - the billing compay you use - and I leave a message and have never received a reply.”
“I ordered the king sheet set with duvet cover and im so disappointed. Both my husband and I are still sweating in the middle of the night, despite to cooling and moisture wicking technology that was promised of this product. The duvet cover is also so large, there is so much extra fabric, and I have an oversized king duvet insert, so it should be fitting snug. On top of that, I've already emailed three times, like the website says to do if you're unhappy and want a return for partial refund, but NO ANSWER. Customer service is terrible. Don't spend this much money on this product, it wasn't worth it.”
“I’d be glad to write a review. I had purchased another item from this company. I have spent weeks and weeks trying to get someone to respond to me from customer service. No response. My order was over $300. I have not received it. I have not received any word from customer service about my curiosity as to how we could rectify that problem.. This may be a good product, but I’ll never know. Their customer service is atrocious.”
