“Good quality items at a reasonable price but very poor packagaing.Just two patches without any protection in a buff coloured standard envelope.If it'd been ripped open in transit (it was a wonder it wasn't) the items would've been lost.Could do better!”

“the frog patch is lovely but this is the second one that I had to buy as the first one fell off. I have sewn on the ner frog patch and hope it will last as my grandson loves it”

“Delivery was okay. But the iron-on patches didn't stick on nylon. I sent two emails (13th and 17th of November) asking for more information about it but I never received a reply.”
