“The service at Eat My Logo was first class. Kristina Smith was an absolute legend. She took time over my rebrand launch party cake request, produced a quote is super quick time and rapidly organised the delivery. Keeping me up-to-date throughout. We are really sorry that the cake you ordered has arrived damaged, that is not what should have happen. We send out thousands of cakes, cupcakes and biscuits to hundreds of locations each week and we pride ourselves on the success rate of them arriving in great condition. We monitor the damage rate and it is very small, in fact it is less than 0.7% of all orders since we started in 2014. We send everything via the same courier (APC) as they are the only provider to offer a Fragile delivery service, for which we pay extra, however we can never rule out the possibility of products being damaged in transit. We are always at the mercy of delivery drivers mishandling the products and causing damage, and in the vast majority of cases where damage occurs that is the reason. Unfortunately we have no redress with the couriers as no courier guarantees that they will handle your product correctly. It is incredibly rare that this is the case, as you can see from previous reviews. We have been trying to contact you in order to resolve this issue and would be grateful if you could get in touch either via email or telephone - 01772 472 580.
