“Extremely Disappointed with Flow Brew - Still Awaiting My Order
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Flow Brew, and I felt compelled to share my frustration through this review. I placed an order with Flow Brew on October 12, and as of the current date, nearly a month, and I have yet to receive my order. This level of delay is completely unacceptable and has left me extremely dissatisfied.
I've sent multiple emails inquiring about the status of my order and requesting updates, but to my dismay. I understand that delays can happen, but customers should at least be kept informed about the status of their orders.
