“The site does not support customers outside the United Kingdom and there are no guarantees of their rights I made a purchase order on March 19 to the Philippines, where I was on vacation for three weeks To date, I have not received the shipment and I do not know when I will receive it. I sent a message to customer service saying that they contacted the shipping company and told them that the shipment was on the way. Well, I have the phone number of the shipping company and I contacted them and no one answered my question about when the shipment will arrive There is a recklessness in dealing with customers outside the UK as they are far from the point of sale I told the employee that I am away from the country on the 9th of April and it has been 24 days since the purchase order was made If you want to preserve what remains of your credibility, please return my money and return your shipment from the shipping company that did not deliver the shipment to your customer after 24 days from the date of issuing the purchase order Which, by the way, may have been spoiled for a long time to be shipped in conditions that may not be suitable for preserving it”
