“The product quality is good; however, I have serious concerns about the lack of flexibility in managing orders after placement. There is no option to edit or cancel an order once it’s been submitted. On two separate occasions, I mistakenly included the wrong product in my purchase orders and was unable to make any changes afterward. I immediately contacted your support team via email both times, requesting to correct the part number right after placing the order—well before the shipment was processed. Unfortunately, I received the same standard response both times, stating that the orders had already been shipped, which clearly wasn’t the case when I reached out. This experience has been very frustrating, and it feels like customer support is not truly prioritizing customer needs. As a result, I’m seriously considering no longer shopping with you. Thank you.”

“Bad treatment. The order is held from their country. This means an error in shipping, and you are supposed to bear this loss. Not everyone should know that you do not care about the customer. You care about receiving payment. The most important thing is that you were with Aramex and changed to the bad Royal Mail.”
