“Am a massive fan of natural based products. This product is outstanding! I can speak from 5+ years experience trying it in different training scenarios. My cycling performance has elevated during a race, hard interval session and afterwards from a recovery perspective aswell. In terms of real data, its translated into a 5-8% increase in power and around 5-10bpm lower HR coupled with the ability to ride harder for longer before feeling significant fatigue. When competing in multi day racing or hard intensity interval blocks I also take it afterwards and have noticed my recovery is so much faster. Supplement timing is crucial to see maximise gains.”
“I started taking CurraNZ after suffering with bad hay fever. I read that blackcurrant extract could help reduce hay fever symptoms, and started out taking one a day. I noticed a slight improvement, as well as improvements to my circulation. I decided to up the dose to two capsules, in divided doses and now have more energy during the day. It doesn't completely eliminate the hay fever, and on bad days I take three capsules in divided doses (throughout the day). I have also found I have less aches and pains since taking the capsules and my eyes are less watery. I would recommend these, but I think the optimal dosage is 2-3 capsules daily.”
