“Having never dealt with Crusader AV before, I was incredibly pleased with the experience. Crusader did everything they could to exceed our requirements and supplied us with a part that had been incredibly hard to track down, with next day delivery. The staff were wonderful. I couldn't possibly fault the experience. Thank you ever so much!”

“I visited Crusader, after finding them on the internet, to discuss / view available Interactive Boards. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We subsequently ordered three Proview Boards which have been installed in classrooms. The installation process was painless, quick and extremely well done. There has been a problem with one of the boards which Crusader sorted out within a week. I am very impressed so far and once we have saved some more money will be going back to Crusader for our next purchases.”

“Started buying from Crusader since Hills AV packed up. We only buy the indestructible headphones from so my review is only based on this purchase. Prices are good, website and service is pretty good. Bit annoying being chased for this review, but hey-ho.”

“Reasonably priced, although we often have to wait several months for delivery when placing large orders. They're pretty robust, although the USB connections break occasionally, and the ear protectors come out frequently. However, being able to buy replacements parts is handy, as we can just replace the cables/ear protector lining, rather than the whole headset.”

“Ordered the part via the website and was immediately advised that it was out of stock and due in 2 weeks. Was disappointed as I needed it that week. Had to chase after two weeks and was told that it would be with me by the following Monday. Chased again after that Monday and was told it would be there in another week. Part finally arrived over a month late. Frustrated that I had to keep chasing for information.”
