“I telephoned Cruise 118 to make a booking on a Norwegian Cruise Line Escape cruise which my son is working on as a performer. I wanted to book for myself, my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson with adjoining rooms. The agent who dealt with my booking, Cara, was extremely helpful, talking me through all the options and helping with flights and New York hotel bookings as well.”

“Having spent the last few days researching our cruise, it was such a relief to find Cruise118. I had become used to illogical websites; companies not returning telephone calls; and expected emails not arriving. I entered a web chat with Ellie on the Cruise118 website and was very pleased to find that she was a real person, and not a chat bot. She offered to telephone me, and did so promptly. Ellie Bridges was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She answered all of our questions, and nothing was too much trouble. She found the best price for us, and we are delighted. Thanks to Ellie, we feel that we are in safe hands with Cruise118.”

“Recently returned from our Celebrity cruise with a pre cruise stay in Barcelona. Andy booked everything for us---very helpful and efficient.The hotel even upgraded us to a suite since it was our 55th anniversary! “Absolutely appalling customer service. I have been kept on the line for 25 minutes to speak to a manager. Firstly, I was told it was an appointment basis only. Eventually the agent came back stating that the manager had reviewed my issue, came to the same conclusion. No need to speak to me. I had to ask on a number of occasions if David I was speaking to was AI. I then received a questionnaire call regarding my experience. Despite pressing ‘2’ 3 times that I wasn’t happy, their computer would not recognise’2’. Please don’t bother with cruise118. Once they have your money they don’t appear to value or want to help their customers. Not a nice experience. Please avoid. They don’t have an email address either apparently.”

“Today I received an email from 118.com. I found a cruise I liked the look of,so I called free of charge and got through to a lovely man called Dale. He was very knowledgeable,helpful and professional. So we booked right there and then. First class customer service from Dale. A credit to your team. Also a great price.”

“I phoned up to day to ask for some info and thanks to the superb service given to me by Cara Forsberg, after answering my many many questions and concerns, I decided to book a cruise for me and my partner there and then.
