“My sister bought me a bar of your "lavender " scented soap. There is no lavender scent and the soap has a bland unpleasant aroma. The soap is too soft and will not last very long. For a cost of £9.99 it is very expensive. Disappointing to say the least.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. It goes without saying that we are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the Lavender soap bar. We do all that we can to make products which help people with their skin, and also which they enjoy using also. To have anyone unhappy is the last thing we would want. We have refunded your sister for the Lavender soap bar. Regarding the scent - what I can say is this. It is a very natural scent - not overpowering which many high street products can be as they use synthetic scents. Our scent is entirely natural. I personally distill the organic lavender essential oil myself and many of our customers love the subtle scent, but I am sorry that you felt it was bland. Again, this is the last thing we would want. Regarding the bar being soft - as our products are entirely natural and don't contain any chemical stabilisers, this means it is always liable to become soft if it is not dried on a rack in between each use. We do tell people on a card in the soap box that it will become soft, but once again we are sorry for your experience. I will send a personal email to you also as we would like to try and give you a better opinion of what we do. Very Best Wishes Kevin

“Visited the shop in Topsham on 26/7/23 and discovered a little gem of a place as well as the fascinating story of how you were inspired by your daughter to start making the skincare range. Love the products and the very friendly welcome. Gave the Immortelle Balm and Chamomile soap as presents to son and daughter in law and they are enjoying them and I am using the You must be Sisters facial oil everyday! Will definitely be ordering more products very soon. Sarah🙏”

“I was looking to simplify my skincare to using fewer, more natural and sustainable products. My skin is prone to eczema with dryness and breakouts so a difficult blend of problems. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and my skin is much happier, only one spot that whole time! My acne scars on my cheeks are fading and my eyelid eczema has gone for the first time in ages! Products are lovely to use, simple and smell good. Really pleased with the results. Thank you!”
