"I can\u2019t fault COO Jewellers at all! From start to finish I have found Colin and the entire team to be so friendly and approachable and I have never found a team so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I got a new engagement ring and our wedding bands from COO and safe to say they exceeded my expectations. I have had nothing but compliments and most importantly my whole experience was enjoyable taking all the stress away from this element of wedding planning. I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to recommend COO to anyone looking for quality jewellery and from such a lovely team! Thank you! "

I bought my fiance an unusual shapped engagement ring and Colin absolutely nailed the perfect wedding ring to go with it. Pricing absolutely fair and service has been incredible. "Collin was very personable and friendly when me and my fianc\u00e9 were choosing our wedding bands\/rings. We didn\u2019t feel pushed into buying overly expensive rings, he stated the facts cost wise but very much didn\u2019t pressure us.\r\n\r\nGood customer service from start to finish, and very pleased with the quality and design of my chosen wedding ring. "I highly highly recommend Coo, they created my partners dream engagement ring. From which we\u2019ve had numerous comments about the ring and still she can\u2019t stop looking at it!\r\nBoth Peter and Colin were extremely friendly and helpful. Peter helped design the ring and explained everything from start to finish, keeping me up to date in the process. They went above and beyond, even when I made a couple of changes to the ring during the process these were dealt with swiftly. The nice little finishing touches like the ring box which had a light in it made it that much better.\r\nWe will 100% be going back for our wedding rings and recommending anyone else to them!!"

“We visited COO Jewellers in May after being recommended them by Chic wedding events. Peter was great, he was clearly well experienced and was able to guide us in the right direction as we didn’t have a clue when we arrived. He gave us great advise and we were able to take our time choosing. There were so many to choose from. Once we chose, payment was made easy and it was only 11 weeks before they were ready to be collected! We love them! They’re made to such high standard and fit perfectly. “These guys are incredible! I wish we had visited them before we made the terrible decision to purchase my engagement ring for a high street store. Nevertheless, Colin prepped us with top quality advice and never once pressured his own services to resolve our issues with the existing ring. He then matched my engagement ring to the wedding ring he was making and was patient and informative with my fiance (who knows nothing about rings!) whilst he chose his perfect design. 10/10 service, super reliable, honest, reasonably priced and top quality.”

“Him: I ordered a bespoke made engagement ring for my fiancée. Peter made the process so easy and explained everything thoroughly. He helped me to pick the best diamonds for my budget and was in touch through each step of the process to picking it up. I was wow'd by the final result. It was amazing and she absolutely loved the ring. Can't recommend you enough! Her: I cannot thank you enough for my ring. It is exactly what I had dreamed of. It is absolutely perfect and I've had so many compliments on it. It is so sparkly! I am so proud to wear it and I can't believe it's mine. You can see it is beautifully made and the quality is clear to see. I will cherish it forever.”

“Thank you to COO Jewellers, we was recommended to these guys via a friend, I had searched high and low at the shopping centre for our rings and we just couldn’t find anything within budget. When my friend recommended me to COO i thought oh god I will never be able to go to a real jewellers and afford these rings but the prices were amazing! And the quality was so much better than a jewellers you’d find at the shopping centre. Amazing huge choice of rings even for men! I took the ring to COO jewellers at Martels showroom in Essex and was delighted to learn Colin already had hold of an over 1ct white sapphire cut to a perfect heart that he was able and willing to have mounted for me and turned around in the space of 2 weeks, brilliant for a last minute Larry. “I can't explain how happy I've been with the service and the rings. My fiancé had my ring made at another jewellers and it was awful, yellow and bad quality! Anyway we met with Colin to talk about our bands and I asked him about my engagement ring. He was absolutely brilliant explained everything about the problems I had had and gave us a fantastic price to remake my ring using the same diamonds. My other half has a phobia of jewellery and he didn't pressure him or make him feel small he just said when your ready we'll get your size. We picked up our rings and they are absolutely stunning, I honestly can't thank them enough. You've turned a really bad experience into one of the best I've ever had! Thank you coo and staff x”
