“Michael responded to me request for a quote very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and the advice he offered was very simple and easy to understand. Michael was not pushy and I felt reassured that he was selling me a product that I needed rather than a product that may earn him more commission. I was so satisfied with his advice that I have recommended him to 3 of my colleagues.”
