“To whom it might concern, Mr Mohamed Irshad from Cobweb team reached me right after my issue of internal Youtube video sharing was raised. The issue lasted for 2 days without any cause and I could not find out its resolution until Mr Mohamed contacted. He gave me a lot of suggestion and tips and I tested with my internal users successfully after that. I reall appreciate Mohamed's contact and made my issue gone.
