“When you a ply on the computer or tablet when you get to the last part you can't finish the application you need to ring in for assisted to finish the application off then you can submit it . That is the part that takes a bit of time”

“I felt the service was first class never felt I was being judged, the girls in America I spoke to in the call centre were very helpful and talked me through any issues I had or any information you required. Only negative comment if it was one really I never received an email to say the funds had been transferred into my account, but overall a first class service.”
