“Spacious kitchen and living area. Modernly decorated. Walking distance to uni and very close to sainsburys. Landlord has been good and happy to fix any issues as they come up.”

“We have stayed with Circle Homes for two years in a row now, they have always been quick to respond and fix any issues we have. The house itself is so lovely and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to live for our uni experience!”

“Absolutely terrible experience. As a group of four students we had a group chat with Grace, who then added the landlord in to bollock us and tell us it was his house, not ours etc. Let's the landlord run all over us, try and force his way in, never give notice etc. Lovely property, but expensive, and I'd never recommend circle homes again.”

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with communication did not meet expectations. For clarity, the visit mentioned was arranged following a maintenance request for a replacement tumble dryer, and the appropriate notice was provided so the issue could be resolved. I was pleased to see your comment that the property itself was lovely. We work hard to maintain our houses to a high standard so students have a comfortable place to live during their time at university, and we always aim to respond promptly to maintenance requests.

“I originally picked a home with Circle Homes in a rush and was a bit worried about how things will work out, but I've been pleasantly surprised in the end. I've been living here for 3 months now and I'm really pleased with everything. The house is newly refurbished with new furniture etc. and the landlord is willing to help with any problem.”
