“I've had two seamless and pleasant transactions with Cimmermann buying some Carl Hansen CH24 chairs. I needed to change an order mid way through an order and this was arranged with the furniture maker without delay. They also agreed a price match on the second occasion without any issue. The goods arrived on the day of my choice and were in perfect condition. That's all I really want from a seller. I would be happy to use them again.”

“Matt was incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the product we were ordering and went above and beyond to help us choose fabric and query pricing. The delivery was also incredibly smooth and considerate. It’s taken us a long time to find this sofa and buying through Cimmerman gave us such confidence. They are also one of the few places you can access certain brands of design led furniture outside London. We wouldn’t hesitate to shop through them again.”

“I ordered and have just received 2 Eames Chair’s. I chose to order these through Cimmermann based on customer reviews. Cimmermann offered a great price and the purchase option of splitting payment in two was a huge benefit. Matt provided exceptional customer service from the get go, from making my initial enquiry right the way through to delivery of the chair’s. I am delighted with the whole process, and of course my chair’s. Cimmermann is definitely the place to shop for beautiful quality furniture as well as the place to shop for excellent customer service. I would highly recommend and I will definitely make future purchases from Cimmermann.”

“A fantastic service from start to finish. I was kept up to date with expected delivery. The table and chairs I ordered arrived on time and were all delivered very well wrapped. “They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their responses are always incredibly quick and they have an incredible edit of Scandanavian designer items. Delivery is always excellent too. They also often have good discounts on designer furniture, lighting, etc.”

“We purchased a beautiful Robin Day Forum sofa. The sofa was discounted at the time. Delivery took a few weeks but the delivery people were very professional and even assembled it, taking away all the packaging. Very happy and would not hesitate to buy from this staying the future.”

“First class service from the moment I considered an item from their website, placing an order and receiving the order. Cimmermann have an amazing selection of items to choose from.
