“Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Cimmermann. From initial enquiry to delivery of my order, Matt responded very quickly to all messages. On delivery, there was a manufacturing issue with my furniture which was no fault of Cimmermann. I was instantly reassured by Matt that he would resolve the problem for me and he kept me updated as he sorted everything out with the manufacturer. I was so relieved I'd purchased from Cimmermann as not all retailers would have been so helpful. I'm now really pleased with my items and Cimmermann will be my preferred choice for future orders.
