“After visiting the stunning examples in the showroom and making our choice the whole process was very smooth and efficient, everyone was very helpful and prompt regarding the several quotes we required. They made a point of fitting me in for templating and fitment as I required, for which I am very grateful. The fitted product is a stunning finish to our new kitchen and has been highly praised by any friends, family and other tradesmen.”

“After a slight glitch (measured 100ml short during templating) the problem was quickly sorted and installation guys were very good, helpful and polite. I love my granite worktop and would just mention I think it was well worth the effort of going to Bedfordshire to see the actual product rather than relying on a small sample square.”

“Very happy with the job done by Chiltern Marble for my kitchen worktop. I visited several suppliers before deciding to go with them and they managed to be very competitive on price without sacrificing quality or workmanship. “My experience of Chiltern marble was generally a very good one, although it tailed off in terms of after sales service. I went to their showroom in the Business Design Centre in Islington, north London, where I was impressed at the professionalism and help I received. I received quotes from other paperwork promptly and efficiently prior to ordering and was able to negotiate a reasonable discount. Equally, the templating and cutting of the stone was done efficiently and competently. The installation was done rather quickly but effectively, although I did need to ask them to do over part of the work, as a kitchen cabinet door could not open. I did not receive proper verbal explanation from the fitter on how to care for the worktop which I would have preferred to simply receiving a standard page of instructions. Also, I was unable to get confirmation of my ten-year warranty from the company after installation despite repeated phone calls. This was a disappointing conclusion to an otherwise well priced and decent installation.”

“Great sales service apart from the explanation of the deposit and the sending of invoices but after a couple of phone calls and emails that was sorted. The fitting team were great and the workmanship was faultless. I would highly recommend..”

“I have been extremely impressed with Chiltern Marble. Their sales team were very helpful and accomodating, particularly as certain areas of the granite upstands were of a non standard thickness. Their installation team were excellent; very thorough when templating, and the fitting of the granite was of a very high professional finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chiltern Marble.”

“I chose the Atlantic Black granite, and was absolutely delighted with the end result. The whole process was incredibly easy, the showroom staff were knowledgeable and very patient despite my indecision. The showroom had a great range of colours and materials, and being able to see the slabs that my worktop was going to be cut from, really gave me the feeling of being involved in the process. The fitters were very professional and really did an excellent job. Roman's attention to detail and skill with the stone was a pleasure to watch. I would highly recommend iGranite as a company, and if you are looking for a quality finish at a competetive price you will not be disappointed.”

“Ordered some tiles and a worktop through i granite and they were good, although I had two boxes of tiles that arrived broken, although I manged to get them replaced two days later. Good team and fitters! Would recommend.”
