Our pricing is transparent, and we respect our customers' choice in selecting us or other companies. One of our representatives has already reached out to you regarding your concerns, but we would like to reiterate our apologies for the difficulties in finding your driver during busy times at the airport. To help, we send driver and vehicle details, including a photo and mobile number, to make it easier to identify and contact the driver. Our control team monitors all flights to ensure punctuality and follows live tracking to ensure our drivers are on time. Customers can choose their preferred pick-up time (e.g., "30, 45, or 60 minutes after landing") to minimise waiting charges. If you manage to get through customs and collect your luggage before your preferred pick-up time, please understand that the driver may not be there immediately unless informed in advance.
