“The smoked trout is an excellent product both flavoursome and succulent. Excellent service from the hands-on onwer, the eponymous Charlie. Reasonable cost and prompt delivery.”

“Most delicious trout pate. Sometimes on toast. Sometimes canapes with trout caviar or made into starter with avocados. Also adore the trout fillets as snacks or lunch. Must try more products!!!! All gorgeous. Most efficient service. And freezable”

“These fillets are delicious, perfect size and super fresh. Much better quality and value than supermarket-bought fillets. Trout flavour is great (I prefer it to salmon). I will definitely order again and recommend to friends. Very easy to use website and order process, and speedy delivery. Thanks Charlie!”
