“I was impressed by the quick response when I emailed Cashmere Circle about recycling cashmere jumpers. I love the way they plant trees to help combat global warming as a thank-you for donations. The only negative comments I have are about the rather counter-intuitive system for logging the number of items to be recycled; and the confirmatory email, which had out-of-date information. However, it seems that real people then contacted me to give options for posting the garments. Postage is free for the donor, they offer packaging if you have none, and a Royal Mail pick-up service if getting to a Post Office is difficult. Really, I give Cashmere Circle 9/10, but the option here is marks out of five, hence the score.”
“I was delighted to receive my Repaired and Revived cashmere sweater back within the timescales specified. It did seem expensive (£55) in comparison to a previous repair to the same sweater which was carried out free of charge. However, my favourite jumper is now as good as new and ready for the Winter. It was beautifully re-packaged in a ziplock bag and paper outer. The little lavender bauble was a lovely touch. Ironically I wore it the following day to the Johnstons of Elgin Annual Sale! Money well spent on a wardrobe staple.
Thank you. Cashmere Circle”
“Excellent service, good repair. Only quibble: should have spotted the necessary repair to seam and then included in the original quote. Otherwise v happy and will be using your specialist service again and recommend elsewhere.”
