“Horrible customer service.”

“The service was good, but it was double the cost that l was quoted over the phone. If the quote had been more realistic l probably would have chosen a different company.”

“Great service. Professional cleaner. However, I feel the same results would have been received utilizing another cleaning company. I chose the company because of their advertisement for leaving the carpet cleaner and drier. Appears to be same results and drying time as competitors.”

“The customer service was good, appointment made for a date within a week, I received confirmation quickly after making the call and a call when the tech was on his way - great service. However, the carpet stains returned the next morning and the carpet smells really bad.”

“The representative was very courteous, however my carpets are saturated. It's been 3 hours and still have water squishing between my toes. This is unsatisfactory for the price I paid and can not go inside my home.”

“Tech was too quick. I had to go back and spot clean both carpet and tile after he left. Cannot say I would recommend your company.”
