We are specialists in Riser Recliner Chairs and Adjustable beds. More recently we have added Stairlifts into our extensive range.

“I am very pleased with my chair, so comfortable, and all but a perfect match for the rest of my suite. The only hiccup is that someone forgot to send the transformer on delivery, but soon put right. Thanks Charlie.”

“The whole process was smooth .. from the initial enquiry phone call to advising on the electric bed we finally decided upon to delivery and setting up the bed. I would certainly recommend Camelot based on our experience.”

“The chair is lovely its a shame didn't measure lift as the chair is to big so mum can't go down to the lounge in her chair the material and colour is nice I would recommend this company but make sure everything is measured before x”

“Very pleased with our chairs. The ordering process was good although it would have been better if we could have viewed the product may be via Zoom or Facetime. However, Charlie was very helpful. The samples from the fabric supplier came promptly. Reason for four rather than five star is slight disappointment with loose fit and white rather than toning elastic of arm covers. Also they do not have a slot for the loop to hold the control.”

“I feel that Camelot needs to employ sales people to come to the customer's home to show the quality of their product. I was not happy to select a chair without seeing it for real. I looked at several chairs brought to me by other companies and could tell the quality, feel, ease of use and sound of the mechanism. Camelot needs to consider this as an option. The arm covers don't fit terribly well and it is very difficult to get the control handset out of the side loop with the cover on. This is annoying as it means I have to keep the set on my lap as it is impossible to reach it otherwise. The first time I had to be rescued by my carer as in the reclining position I could not reach it. This important issue should be addressed. The Brisa fabric was a good choice as it is warm to the touch and soft and looks like leather. I appreciated having the samples sent to me. The chair was delivered in the time given even though it was Christmas week. The men arrived early in the morning and in the time slot allocated. They took the packaging off and threw it on my garden plants squashing them so had to be told not to do that. They did not wear masks so had to be told to put them on. They had dirty hands and left marks on my new chair. They had a bit of difficulty in assembling the chair and also put the cushions and arm covers on the wrong way. They could not explain or answer my questions about operating the chair as they had limited English. This was disappointing and I feel that an informed demonstration is an essential part of the sales service of any good company. On the whole, I am pleased with the chair. The size fits but I have to have a cushion behind my neck despite being told that a neck cushion, an item provided by other companies, would not be needed. It appears to be well made, and Britsh crafted by a company small enough to offer a personal touch. I appreciated the opportunity to speak directly to the Director and all the staff were friendly and helpful. As I did a lot of research into the riser recliner chair market I hope that my suggestions will be of some use to Camelot.”

“Product quality excellent. Bit disappointed with installation. Felt this could have been better by family business. Left with a reading lampI can’t reach the switch for and rug with trip hazard wrinkles. Too disabled to sort so son will have to come and sort tomorrow and he isn’t round the corner.”

“Bed is lovely and comfortable and easy to use. The delivery men were very helpful and polite but it would be nice to be given a rough idea of when they will arrive, even am or pm would have been useful.”

“My chair is VERY comfortable and works well, does everything I was promised it would. So I am very pleased with it. Only niggle a very minor one some of the stitching is a bit puckered, but all in all I would recommend this firm. Helen Briggs”

“I ordered a riser/recliner. The chair is fine, very well made and as described in the brochure. I would have given a top rating to Camelot but the promised delivery of 2 to 3 weeks actually took 8 weeks and the delivery driver refused to bring the chair into the house even though it was pouring with rain. "Sorry mate but I'm not insured to do this" A call to Camelot's M.D. and a cup of coffee for the driver finally resolved the problem and he brought the chair inside. I assembled it which wasn't too dificult. A very friendly and helpful company to deal with but I would strongly suggest that Camelot employs a different delivery company.”
