“The shed looks well made ,would have given more stars but the delivery was very poor ,the shed was put on an oversized pallet and driver couldn't get pump truck under. We had to spend an hour unscrewing the shed from the pallet and hand balling it off to wagon not impressed”
“Website is great and easy to use but that is where the service ends. Arranging delivery was a nightmare, no prior warning and no one answers the phone to discuss issues. Shed was delivered on a pallet all balanced on end and held together with lots of screws. Take the screws out and it all topples over. Instructions were no use what so ever. Parts were not labelled and instruction not specific for the type or size of shed purchased.
Post delivery I contacted the company regarding the poor service and have received no further correspondence.

“Worst Service Ever and poor quality shed. I recently moved house so autocorrect had used my old postcode. I didnt notice this until it came to delivery. despite the addresses being less than 5mins drive from one another they wanted to charge me £170 for 'change of delivery address' or £170 deducted off the cost to accept a return of it. blaming this on the courier but offering to do nothing about it even though they aknowledged it was excessive.
I eventually managed to negotiate with the courier directly to get it collected by another courier and delivered for £30 instead. When it arrived it wasnt the double door I had ordered, just a single. the door height is ok if you're 4'5" or less but otherwise have to duck. and although adverstised as a 'security shed' its a flimsy piece of ****. Im a professional carpenter and I have come across worse timber structures, but to describe it as 'security' when the big bad wolf's small asthmatic cousin could blow it down in less time than you can say chinny chin chin, is not what I would call accurate advertising.”

The wood was an orangy yellow colour but has come up lovely with a grey stain. I'm happy with my purchase. I had some requests for delivery which they were happy to help me with.
