“A lot of hoops to jump through to order this product. Three phone call to BAS to find a template to upload our art work, never actually go a usable template. Just wanted exact measurements for entire arrow not just overall size. But after two days was able to finally create files to upload. Also the shipping prices to get by May 24th. are outrageous. Today is the 18th. The (8) signs will be completed by tomorrow and shipped tomorrow. But could not guarantee delivery before the 26th unless I paid over $80. Can you say rip off. If I did not have such a hard time getting a template to provide to our designer I would of had a few more days to order and get in time without paying such a over inflated shipping price. I feel I'm being quite generous with an acceptable instead of poor rating. I hope the finished products are way better than the experience I've had trying to get a template and uploading our designs. Also you can't have two templates one for right and one for left arrows. You have to have customers turn the art work upside down. You're a big company or presence on line and you can't add another template for the opposite directional arrow? Can you tell I'm aggravated?”

“Building the sign was relatively easy, but the customer support lady I spoke to was very inpatient . I had to ask her to slow down several times, during the time she was trying to help me .”
