“The process to remove the tax from this order was exhausting. I spent 1.5 hours trying to get the tax removed. It is more cost effective to value my time rather than the tax. I will call back after I receive the product to have you waste your time to take the tax off and issue a refund.”

“Free shipping email is misleading when some things are excluded in fine print. I will find a new company to order signs from.”

“Awful experience with BuildASign. Order a sign billing address and delivery address were two different places. Somehow they combine the two addresses and they were unable to deliver to the address because it didn’t exist. Then I told them to just refund my money and they turned around and said I had to pay the shipping and they would refund the sign. Shipping was almost as much as the sign itself don’t ever do business with this company. Very bad customer service by the way I never got the sign anyway.”

“I emailed several times to just place a repeat order and the communication and response time was over a week long with no word back. Very disappointed I had way better customer service in the past with you.”

“My previous sign quality was horrrific and I am waiting on company to replace but I also have ordered a different product to try and see if aluminum is any better than plastic coated corrugated plastic”

“My husband and I have two different log ins. I called to ask if we could combine the accounts and was told no. The rep said she could email the design from one account to the other. After waiting for 15 minutes the call went to the survey and then disconnected. I never received the email. I then found on the website what looks like I could email the design to a friend however it has yet to come through. I had to pay 6.99 shipping on this order because I couldn't get it added onto my other order. It would be nice if there was a way to import/export a design.”
