“I placed a previous order with you a couple of weeks ago. At that time I wanted to add the signs in this current order to that order because it as 50% off, but I was unable to do that for two reasons. This current order is a re-order. When I went to my order history and clicked on reorder, what appeared in my cart looked different than the original order. So I called to get help from a rep or the art team. Even though your website says you are open, your voice message said you closed an hour earlier than what the website states. Since I wan't able to get through and it was a Friday and the discount offer ended on Sunday I decided to remove these two signs from that order and wait. I was able to get through to your rep today but he spoke with an accent that was difficult to understand and the volume was low on his end so it was difficult to hear him. I explained it was a reorder and that what was in my cart was different from the original. I then explained that the art team had specific instruction for the original order. I had to explain this to him 3 different times and also explain what I wanted it to look like. He tried to make if work by stretching the image 2 different times. But he couldn't make it work without moving the words outside the frame. I explained again that this was a reorder and I got what I needed the 1st time. I asked him if he could access that old order? He asked me for my email address and shipping address and then the order number. I gave him that info and he was able to transfer it into my chart and make an adjustment. I viewed the proof and it looked like what I wanted. I don't know why it was different in my chart when I hit the reorder button, and I don"t know why he didn't try that the 1st time when I told him it was a reorder instead of asking me over and over again what I wanted and trying to stretch it two different times. I hope when I receive the order it looks exactly like the original order.”
