“Your website and art team are terrible. I had to come back to re-create this car magnet myself because the art team had some issues with it and had to refund me. It's four lines of text; they should have re-created it themselves and sent it with my order that shipped yesterday. Now I will get a second order the day after I need it, or I have to pay more for shipping. So I came back, re-created the sign, and tried to add it to the cart, but your website crashed. Fix your website!!! Why can't I attach photos here?”
