“Was trying to place an order on your website, which I found out after talking to two of your customer service reps was your old website, and that your new site was not up and running yet. Very frustrating! Took an half hour or more just to get things figured out so I could order something. The second rep was however very helpful with figuring out what was wrong and was eventually able to help me place the orders.”
