“designing a VERY SIMPLE plate was frustrating, VERY FRUSTRATING! 2 of us persevered for more than an hour (after i had given up completely several days before). and mailing a plate to alaska costs $15 more than the lower 48? i think you are taking advantage. if you're using USPS, it's the same. i hope the plate comes out OK, i may never see it.”

“Received a proof, responded with a new request which was also saved to their website. Didn't receive an update so I called. No one returned my call. I called again and waited on hold until I got disconnected. Called back and was told I would not receive the sign by my needed date. Originally ordered 2 weeks ahead of needed date.”

“The feather flag spike is cheaply made. One came broken; it took 2 weeks and a lot of back and forth to get a replacement. If this were for an event, like I typically use them for, it would be a waste of money.”
