“By the time I contacted Broker Experts I’d already spent 3 days on the phone, constantly going over the same points with all the usual suspects and to be able to speak directly to somebody is a huge relief for me as I’m not that comfortable online.
So, I found myself talking with George, going over similar questions and with him ticking the boxes, and coming up with a really good quote. And I went with it and paid a deposit. George said that I would be contacted the next day (today).
So Joe calls this afternoon to say that George had found a better quote and had i considered some of the extras available.

“Don’t believe these negative reviews! Jat was a 5 star customer representative!! Phoned me up to verify the information, said would get back in touch asap, once confirmed with insurance company. Phoned me back up and wasn’t able to get me the cover from the people quoted, as I didn’t know I had a ccj but I do. Before she even phoned me up though, she had already sourced a policy, with out any changes in price. All dealt with swiftly by Jat who is an absolute credit to the company.
