“Item did not deliver when listing said it would. Item arrived damaged. I reached out to the drop shipper who did offer a return but I had put the item together already and it would be a giant pain to take down and ship back. They sent me the Amazon link for the seller but the item wasn’t listed and there was no way to contact the seller. Now the item no longer works after a week. Very disappointed.”
