“Good service, but couldn't initially access the 'how to order' details on the website. Never ordered promotional products before, so was unsure of the process. Seemed to take some time working out actual price costs on the website, as with branding, the prices are a lot higher and what i could afford. Also I paid via Purchase Order, which delayed the order and the items weren't received in time, for my event.”

Whilst every effort is made to show live stock levels across the range, occasionally this is not possible, whether through production partner's not offering this service, or data not being updated in a timely manner. We can only apologise for this and we did make you aware of this at the earliest possible opportunity. We also offered available, replacement products, which you chose not to go ahead with. We then refunded the order in full when we were not able to deliver your order in time.

“Not sure about the quality as i still havent recieved them but it quite tricky for example a mask can be priced as 60p and when your checking out dont be suprised if it says £2.30 each.”
