Good service, but couldn't initially access the 'how to order' details on the website. Never ordered promotional products before, so was unsure of the process. Seemed to take some time working out actual price costs on the website, as with branding, the prices are a lot higher and what i could afford. Also I paid via Purchase Order, which delayed the order and the items weren't received in time, for my event.
