“Have used box balloons now second year running just wouldnt go anywhere else the balloons never dissapoint they are just lovely last for ages after the event”

“Delivery was late and they refused a reasonable refund for a product that was useless to me being late”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry about the late delivery and the frustration it caused. While DPD have a 98% on time success rate, sometimes things will happen. We will always take action to remedy things within our terms and conditions, which I can see was done on this occasion with the cost of shipping refunded.

“My daughter loved her Sonic teh hedgehog balloons. I couldn't find them anywhere else. We also got the number 13 and they are all still floating almost a month later which is amazing. Great delivery and packaging. I will definitely use balloon box again.”
