“Poor Customer Service! They claim free returns but when I fill out their paperwork to get it - I am sent an autogenerated message that they will "evaluate my request"!! More than 24 hours later - still no response (and there is nothing caught in my spam folder) I have never had any company do this - much less one that claims to be exclusive, adversizes so and charges very high prices. Shame on you.”
