“I ordered 3 chocolates on the 2nd January. Was told with tracking it would be with me between the 5th and 9th January. Those days came and went. I had a tracking number with royal mail that told me the package hasnt been recieved by them. Still to this day has it not been received.
I emailed, WhatsApped, twitter messaged, etc.
No response at all.
I found a number on WhatsApp and called it.
No answer.
Called again.
Still no answer.
Finally a response in which they told me they will refund me and send out another 3 tracked and shipped within 24 hours.
Never sent. No tracking number and never turned up.
After having correspondence for a few days. And the products not arriving. They then tell me they have run out of boxes and will ship out asap.
I was then ignored. Constantly for hours.
And told that they would ship out the day after. Send me a refund and also send me another chocolate free of charge for the inconvenience.
None of this ever happened.
They then stopped responding over WhatsApp.
I then finally got a response via email on 17th January. I got an apology for the delay. Saying it had been shipped on the 17th.
I had a few emails back and forth. The shipping number now changed. The first shipping number i got never recieved a parcel and the second says it has been delivered.
I recieved the parcel through the letterbox on the 19th January. 10 days after the last expected date for it to arrive and there was only 3 chocolates in the package.
The WhatsApp customer service person is a liar and also really rude.
I was promised it to be delivered 2 times prior to the email and also a free chocolate and there was none of this and also no refund at all.
Horrible place to order from the website doesn't let you know anything is out of stock.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. You get lied to over WhatsApp and also it takes them 15 days to respond via email after your product Still hasn't been shipped.
If these products are ever on amazon. I would recommend buying there. Alot better service through amazon.
