“Had a issue with a withdrawal, raised the issue to the 24/7 customer service. They assured me it would be done within 48 business hours. Allen Dave sent me an email confirming the issue had been resolved. And it hasn’t even been 48 hours! Thanks Allen really appreciate it!! Great customer service. :)”

“tldr: good chat support, responded within a minute. Been with 'em for 3 yrs and no hiccups or problems. Easy to work with Long version: I'm a kiwi, so finding a decent platform is a bit hard round these parts. I've been with Blueberry for 3 years now and they've treated me well. No scams, and taking money out was straight-forward. Richard, the chat-support-guy, was super helpful about my questions. No complaints really. Also, they do annual events. Last year it was a bonus thingy for making a certain number of trades. This years it's a 20% boost for every deposit. (2025) cheers”
