“We've worked with other CRO agencies in the past, but struggled to find real traction as we were constantly being passed between junior analysts and devs who burned time on low-impact, meaningless tests. Working with Blend has been a completely different experience. With Blend, we more than doubled our testing velocity and the KPI improvements we've achieved aren't just slides and spreadsheets — we've actually shaped portions of our brand strategy with the results. It all started with the most in-depth CRO audit we've ever had. This generated tons of ideas and opportunities of which we've been working through, along with other new priority tests that come up. It's also worth mentioning that their developers are fast and reliable. They have no problem working in our custom code base and we haven't had one production issue yet. If you're looking for a CRO agency that actually helps you move the needle — you honestly won't do better than Blend.”

“Communication, Planning, Execution & Reporting - seems like the basics of any agency & brand relationship but from my experience it's extremely hard to find an agency that consistently delivers on those 4 key touchpoints. Blend Commerce excel at the basics, and their team constantly brings high-quality, well researched & thoughtful suggestions to the table as we try to scale the brand. I view them as a key component of our team - the value they add is clear to see.”

“I approached Blend with a very complex project for Certainly Wood earlier in the year. They were very good at going into detail with me on the requirements of the project, spent time understanding the different systems which we use to process orders and scoped a very detailed plan for the delivery. The next phase of design was equally as efficient: they produced a design which I could easily give feedback to, but it did not require many significant changes either. The Blend team seem to understand what our brand was about and designed the website better that we initially imagined. Development followed after that - we were on a tight deadline to deliver the project which meant some pressure was put onto the Blend team to deliver quicker, and whilst we did see a delay in start of the project, the final product was great. I was very impressed with their follow on support, as well. Once the hand over was done, the Blend team continued to monitor our orders to make sure the system was functioning as expected. I was not expecting this and we were very grateful to have received further support after the project was completed. We have worked with other agencies in the past and many times we experienced issues, mainly because of the lack of personalised approach. We often felt that there was a real lack of commitment from the agencies, they were too large to care about a single project. Blend felt like a great in-between, large enough to bring a serious variety of expertise, but small enough to apply care to their work. Working with Blend was refreshing. Thank you to the whole team. I can only but highly recommend them.”

“A positive experience. In the past, I have been disappointed with agencies. Blend is different. G'Anne and Carmen have been handling my account for the creation of a Recommendation Engine and Email flow. They are both friendly, polite, accommodating, responsive, and smart. I am very pleased with the Recommendation Engine design and waiting on the email flows which should be great. There is no ego in this firm, just the desire to please. I will definitely be working with Blend again!”

“We had an amazing experience working with Blend on a quick Shopify build that we needed to launch in about a month before a major industry event. There were a few non-standard options we needed for our product pricing to work on the platform. These went beyond the “normal” capabilities of Shopify Basic, but Peter and the team at Blend were able to find solutions and quickly implement them. I really liked how in the loop we felt during the whole process. A lot of times a development agency is very communicative when they are selling you on their services, but then the communication gets worse and worse, as they begin the actual development. Blend explained what they were going to do, did it, then even showed us videos after implementation of the new development working as expected. That’s just a service level way beyond what most other development agencies ever delivery. I’d recommend anyone looking for a Shopify development partner to have a conversation with Blend Commerce. It will be worth your time.”
