“I had a unit for 15 months. Most things stayed in there for the duration and were in as good condition when removed as they were the day they went in - the units are super high quality. The site (the one between Ross and Walford) is very very tidy. There’s a well appointed unit on site where you can make yourself a cuppa, sit down, go to the loo - as good as you’d expect in a city centre office. I hardly ever had to interact with the people there but when I did, they were really friendly. If the location suits you, I would fully recommend.”

“A couple of years ago I was new to the idea of self storage in the UK, although I had some experience in The Netherlands. I find all the staff - head office and at the local site in Carmarthen very friendly and helpful. The units and facilities on site are excellent. Communications are good and calls are always responded to promptly. Highly recommended.”

“Have had a unit in Ross on Wye in excess of 5 years plus an extra two recently, I have always felt it to be very secure premises, clean and tidy plus having on site toilet and coffee making facilities is an added bonus. Staff always very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Many thanks Dave Campbell”

“I have a couple of containers that we use for business storage. They are well-insulated and equipped with dehumidifiers, which has kept them completely dry; I've never encountered any dampness, an issue that can often arise with container storage. I only had excellent service and would highly recommend them.”

“Indeed extraordinary people at the Hereford location! They made me feel welcome, always helpful and accommodating. They are most helpful in resolving any issues. The units are well insulated and with everything one needs to keep stuff well preserved and secure. The site is very tidy. Will definitely chose them in the future and would highly recommend.”

“Extremely helpful family and staff Easy access with number plate recognition for entry. The site is extremely clean. There is now a lounge with coffee making and toilet facilities. As a nature lover the drive to the units is very much appreciated”
