The customer service was fantastic , we had a couple of questions prior to ordering and both mails and phone were answered promptly. Once we decided to go ahead we sent our size of wall and received back an image of how the wallpaper would look on our wall , just what was needed . It’s a bold beautiful statement.”

“Love our Coordonne murals from Beut. I had priced up getting directly from the company but there was no advantage. They took a while to arrive (but the same goes for other wallpaper we ordered from other companies - Brexit related). Customer services were great...stayed in touch with us, confirmed measurements and sent mock up image. Arrived very well packaged. Would certainly use again.”

“The wall mural looked good on the website, however when it arrived and was put on the wall it was absolutely spectacular. The photographs really don’t do it justice. The thickness and quality of the paper, the depth of colours is just stunning. It felt like an excessive purchase but it’s worth every penny as it’s honestly the most beautiful art work. Everyone has said ‘wow’ and literally gasped when they have seen it. I’m so thrilled.”

“I ordered what may very well be the most expensive wallpaper I’m ever likely to buy in my lifetime. Not quite at politician level expensive but considerable non the less. The site is easy to use but I made a basic error and the support to verify my intent, get things right, personalise the image spacing was in place to make sure my mistake wasn’t a costly experience. They helped and put things right to ensure we received exactly what was wanted. The quality of the paper and image was fantastic and easy to hang with a mural wall cut and pasted in a couple of hours. Highly recommended”

“I contacted Jessica at Beut after ordering a cordonne mural with another company. It arrived and was 3mm short. I was devastated. Apparently IF i had ordered with Beut in the first place they would have told me to add 10% to my measurements. Murals are made bespoke to fit your wall. The company I ordered through didnt know this although they were a supplier. Beut clearly has a better business relationship with Cordonne in Barcelona. Jessica , reordered for me correctly .. we spoke several times. So although Beut is an online business I felt the service was excellent. I regret not talking to them in the first place. The mural arrived and was put up yesterday. Jessica messaged me to ask if it was all ok. So if you are worried its an online business Just speak to Jessica and she is better than face to face. Thanks you Jessica .”
