“I had to replace my original 1980s brush and bought a Premium Combi-Floor Tool. Delivery was prompt but I am very disappointed with its function on carpets as the brush head easily detaches if pressed slightly too hard on the carpet, which is often unavoidable. As a result, I'm finding it very annoying to use on carpets, but it does work adequately on hard floors. I just regret my old brush head ever fell apart.”
“Have used Beam previously and all has worked well. This time I accidentally ordered the wrong filters. It took a while and a few emails to sort out. In the end I did get a refund and I reordered the correct filters.
The refund process could be a little better otherwise a trusted seller.”
