“delivery took longer than expected & arrived without paperwork , rang for copy of paperwork and still havent received it”

Hi Neil, Thank you for your review. After checking the tracking, you ordered at 2pm on 7th (Wednesday) and received the order on the 12th (Monday), online states up to 4 working days. This was also during the snow and storms, which affected many of the couriers. We explained on the phone that the Invoice is in the confirmation email, which we had resent at the time of the phone call. Please call us back so we can confirm your email address.
