“Amazing online service, placed my order & had a call back just to make sure it was correct, from a lovely gentleman. My order arrived within a few days & the payment system was really simple & easy to use. “Lovey ring very good quality but sizing is not good I know my size is a P but the ring I received was too small. I sent it back for a Q but that is too big, there seams to be more than one size between them. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered a Joma Jewellery birthstone bracelet which in the description came with a gift tag and a gift bag... When I received the bracelet it came with 2 gift tags and the gift bag was missing so I sent an email to customer services to see if they could send me a gift bag as described as it was bought for a birthday gift... It is now 7 days since I sent an email and I have had no response from customer services hence the 2 stars for poor service...”

“Cancelled my order without any explanation. It was a last minute purchase which I ordered from Boroc because they did next day delivery for my 5 year old daughters princess costume for world book day and she was so excited about it :(”

“First time I have purchased through Baroc. Card the bracelet was on was not presentable - bent and some ugly sticker on it. Emailed twice and no response. Won’t be purchasing through them again.”
