Here at barbless-flies.co.uk we supply selections of barbless flies to the river & stillwater fly angler. We specialise in supplying fishing flies in size 14 and smaller. As you will see from the products on our website, we supply boxed selections of flies (be it either nymphs, dries or a mixture of both). All of the flies we supply we have successfully fished with ourselves and have found them to be long-lasting and excellent imitations. All of the flies featured on our website are tied using quality materials using barbless hooks. All of our products are shipped FREE of CHARGE, to ANYWHERE in the UK.

“When you first started up you would supply single flies. I can understand that with your free postage policy this could lead to a loss on a particular small order. I do not always want sets of flies and would suggest that you try a minimum order cost with free delivery thus allowing customer chosen selections.”

“Truly excellent flies that catch with reliability. Thank you! However, as a dental surgeon I find the freebie packet of sweets/candy somewhat irritating. (Presumably ian American marketing gimmick?). I’m sure a chest physician would find a free cigarette with every fly purchase similarly disconcerting. Personally I would much prefer an extra fly instead - even a random one off the packing-room floor would be preferable to the lumps of cariogenic flavoured sugar crystals. (Still great flies, tho’).”

“I have bought flies from Richard for a few years now and have always found them to be excellent. The packaging has improved recently too, reducing the plastic waste. I would go one further and get rid of the sweet treat included too.”

“In the past I have received several different flies from this company.The flies are well dressed and the hooks very sharp so you do need to keep your fingers clear of the point. The flies are also good in use once you have found the knack of hooking and keeping the fish on. However one of the last batch ( the Partridge&Orange spider ) was poorly dressed.”
