“I would just like to say what a great service Barbless Flies offer. I ordered some flies last week and because of the delays with Royal Mail at this time of year I was concerned that my delivery may have been lost. I contacted Richard who responded straight away and asked if I could let him know if I didn't receive them. They did eventually arrive, packaged beautifully and including a hand written thank you note, what service. On top of that the flies where stunning, and I can't wait to use them.”

“Discovered this company by chance and decided to try them out as I have been looking for some barbless flies. Really glad that I did. Prompt service, with a personalised touch. Haven't had the chance to use the flies yet but they seem to be well-made and are certainly well-priced. Will certainly be using them again.”

Hi Christopher, Thanks for leaving us a review and letting us know that your order has not yet arrived. We received your email on Saturday afternoon alerting us to this, and first thing yesterday morning we sent a replacement order to you (1st class). As you are probably aware, Royal Mail are really struggling at the moment and the majority of our orders are taking much longer to be delivered than usual. I hope that once your order arrives you will consider revising your review of us. If there is anything more we can do, please let me know. Thanks Richard Fieldhouse
