“Great service. Quality goods and quick delivery! Found exactly what I was looking for through the website, which was easy to navigate- even on my phone.”
“I heard from friends that this was an amazing baby shop with such helpful staff. When I phoned to make an enquiry about a product I wasn’t treated like just another phone call! Barry was so helpful where he could be and promised to phone me back with info he didn’t have, he kept his word. I wasn’t rushed and didn’t feel like I was wasting their time with numerous questions (first time mom) I ordered, the delivery was prompt and I will 💯 be ordering again. I wish this small business every success and will be telling all my friends with kiddies and the parents to be :)”
“A great Business and Fabulous couple. I got in touch with Grace and Barry through Instagram on a Sunday night with a sample package I had gotten from the Internet. They messaged me back instantly, and within minutes sent back the package I wanted but with big savings! They have a very professional, yet personal approach and are just a message away for advice. Highly recommended 👌”
“Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered online late Sunday night and it was delivered early Wednesday morning. They are closed Monday. Thank you so much.”
“Barry and Grace could not be more helpful. This isn't my first time using Baby Moon Baby Shop and every experience has been great. There was delivery issues with this order but Barry and Grace let me know what the problem was, offered a refund, and when I declined the refund and said I was happy to wait for it they let me know when I could expect delivery. I can't ask for more than that. I'll be back to them. They care about their customers.”
“My purchase arrived very promptly. Happy to support Irish business outside of Dublin....and I got a good deal with my travel system. I will reccommend!”
