“I have made two purchases from baby moon baby shop now and both times the experience and service has been excellent. Very quick delivery also. Highly recommend!”
“Such a great customer experience with Baby moon! We bought a significant amount of baby gear from them. We couldn't recommend them more. Really nice touch with phone calls from them with respect to delivery information. They were very prompt on returning emails and calls. Website very easy to navigate. Great to support a home grown Irish business that no doubt will do well in an international stage. Wish Barry and Grace all the best.”
“The delivery on the product was AMAZING! Ordered on the Friday morning and was with me on Monday! Free delivery is also a great incentive to purchase. Ordered for a friend, but will definitely recommend the shop in future. Thank you guys!”
“Nice product, definitely gives 5 month old more freedom to sleep naturally without driving himself mad with his hands, but we bought it to extend sleep periods which only hasn’t delivered so I suppose in that regard it doesn’t work as we expected!”
“I got my twin buggy bundle from Baby Moon Baby Shop and found the whole process extremely easy and the staff were extremely helpful and informative around the order and when it would arrive etc.
I will definitely be going back to Baby Moon Baby Shop for other items as my twins grow.”
“I've recently purchased a travel system from Baby Moon Online and it was all very easy and smooth. The item arrived fast enough, a bit earlier than expected. Very pleased with my experience. The shop was recommended by a family member who had a great experience at the physical shop, and they were right!”
“I contacted Babymoon regarding car seats and Barry got back to me arranging a call to discuss as I couldn’t make it to the store. He went through so many options with me and left me under no pressure to purchase. His knowledge was excellent and I’m delighted with my purchases, as well as a few extras I ended up getting!!”
